How we rank Flip a House gear

Every entry on our child lists is scored with the same four lenses so you can compare apples to apples:

1. Cleaning speed — How fast the tool clears debris, stains, or mess markers relative to the starter kit. Faster clears mean more houses per hour, especially in co-op with up to four players.
2. Price boost — For furniture and décor, how much the piece tends to lift the final sell valuation versus cheaper filler. A pretty sofa that barely moves the offer is a lower tier than a modest set that buyers consistently reward.
3. Unlock cost — Cash (or progression) required to buy the upgrade. High unlock cost is fine when payback is quick; it is a red flag when the tool only shines on late houses you cannot reach yet.
4. Midgame value — Whether the item stays useful after you leave the first few shacks. Some starter tools age poorly; some mid-shop buys carry you deep into larger properties.

We do not invent exact Robux prices, secret multipliers, or unverified codes. When the in-game shop uses different names or order, treat the tier letter as a priority signal and re-evaluate with your own sell receipts.

What to open first

• Tools Tier List — Brooms, vacuums, scrubbers, and related cleaning gear ranked S–D by efficiency and unlock value. Cross-links cleaning and money guides so you know when to buy, not only what to buy.

Reading an S–D grade

S	Buy as soon as it is affordable; defines the meta for its slot
A	Strong pickup; slight delay is fine if cash is tight
B	Solid midgame or situational; good when it matches your house size
C	Workable starter or niche; replace when you can
D	Skip early; poor payback or quickly outclassed

Grades assume you are progressing the intended loop on Roblox—not AFK farming, not exploiting, and not waiting on unverified scripts. Co-op can change effective cleaning speed (split rooms), but it does not change which tools are fundamentally strong.

Progression snapshot

Early sessions: claim free money from Like + Join Group prompts when available, clear small houses with the starter broom-style kit, and sell often. Mid sessions: prioritize a vacuum-tier cleaner so scrubbing stops bottling your timer, then fund a tight furniture package instead of random décor spam. Late sessions: open larger houses only when your tool set and cash buffer can finish them without stalling—big empty rooms look profitable until you realize you under-furnished the sale.
